We are looking for a Coordinator for Environmental Health and Safety who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection. This position plays a key role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees while ensuring the organization operates in accordance with environmental standards and legislation. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to identify risks, propose preventive measures, and implement programs to improve safety and environmental performance. They will also lead training sessions, conduct internal audits, and prepare reports for company management and regulatory authorities. Additionally, the coordinator will monitor and analyze incidents, accidents, and hazardous situations to propose effective solutions and reduce the likelihood of recurrence. Communication with external partners such as labor inspectorates, environmental agencies, and suppliers is also an important part of the role. The ideal candidate has experience in occupational health and safety and environmental protection, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of Slovak and EU legislation in the field of safety and the environment is essential.
